How is coaching/mentoring priced?

Coaching and mentoring is established as an hourly contract with options to limit to a set of hours. The annual checkup would be 1 session at 1.5 hours. The organizational work can be hourly, but works best as a fixed price contract with a defined scope of responsibility. This can also be established as a retainer.
